Jeffrey Tumolo Chief Investment Strategist Mr. Tumolo has over 16 years of institutional investment management experience, including manager due diligence, risk management and asset allocation for multi-manager products. For the last three years, Mr. Tumolo has been the Chief Investment Strategist at TAG Associates, LLC. His primary responsibilities include portfolio strategy, manager selection and asset allocation for TAG’s proprietary fund products and for client portfolios. He is also currently the Portfolio Manager for a proprietary hedge fund of funds product. He joined TAG in 2000 as Director of Investment Research and Portfolio Manager of the TAG Relative Value Fund, which was TAG’s first hedge fund of funds product. Prior to joining TAG in 2000, Mr. Tumolo managed two offshore, multi-manager hedge fund portfolios. Upon receiving his MBA, Mr. Tumolo began his investment management career building and managing multi-manager portfolios for Charles Schwab Investment Management as the Senior Analyst for Schwab’s mutual fund of funds products. He is a member of TAG’s Investment Committee. Ted Katramados Director, Associate Portfolio Manager, TAG Relative Value Fund Mr. Katramados, who joined TAG in 2006, is the Director, Associate Portfolio Manager of TAG's Relative Value Fund, focusing on manager research, portfolio construction and risk management. This includes sector allocation analysis and manager selection along with the maintenance of TAG's proprietary database. Mr. Katramados has twelve years of hedge fund experience focusing on counterparty credit risk management and credit/event driven strategies. He began his hedge fund career at Lehman Brothers in 1997 where he was responsible for managing credit relationships with hedge fund managers, supporting sales/trading desk efforts with those managers by setting credit limits, approving trades, and determining trade terms. He continued in this capacity at Chase Manhattan Bank and Deutsche Bank through 2002, when he joined Citigroup's fund-of-funds group. From 2002 to 2006, Mr. Katramados performed manager due diligence, research and risk management functions, becoming a senior analyst on the credit/event driven strategies team. From 1990 to 1997, Mr. Katramados was a counter party credit risk analyst focusing on bank and non-bank financial institutions at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and the Australia and New Zealand Banking Group. He is a member of TAG’s Investment Committee. John S. Pantowich Managing Director Mr. Pantowich joined TAG in 1994 and has over 15 years investment management experience. Mr. Pantowich works closely with TAG portfolio management clients on all areas related to asset allocation, manager selection, and customization of performance reporting. He meets frequently with both traditional and alternative investment managers. Mr. Pantowich also works with TAG portfolio management clients and their other advisors on matters pertaining to estate, insurance, and tax planning. Mr. Pantowich is actively involved in activities of TAG Eisner, LLC, a joint venture with Eisner LLP, an independent accounting firm. Prior to joining TAG, Mr. Pantowich spent 5 years working in various capacities in the music industry. He is a member of TAG’s Investment Committee. Jorge L. Gonzalez, Esq. Managing Director, Fund Administration, TAG In-House Counsel Mr. Gonzalez joined TAG in February of 1999. He is responsible for the administration of TAG’s proprietary fund of funds products and acts as the firm’s in-house counsel. Mr. Gonzalez is the firm’s primary liaison with outside counsel, custodians, and administrators. He is the point person at TAG complying with NFA registration/inspection issues and works closely with TAG’s COO in the preparation of the firm's annual ADV (SEC Investment Adviser registration). He is the firm’s Appointed Compliance Officer for issues pertaining to the USA Patriot Act. He is also responsible for the supervision of TAG’s fund of funds’ outside administrator. Mr. Gonzalez is a member of the bar in New York and New Jersey. Prior to entering the legal profession, he was employed as a medical laboratory technologist, including 6 years of active duty service in the US Navy. He is a member of TAG’s Investment Committee. Haydar A. Sungkar Managing Director, Portfolio Accounting Mr. Sungkar joined TAG in 1986 upon graduating from Queens Borough Community College where he served as a member of the Accounting Association and as head of the Accounting Tutoring Program. While working at TAG as a portfolio accountant and tax preparer, Mr. Sungkar continued his studies in finance at Baruch College. From 1984 to 1992 he served on the Board of Directors of the Indonesian-American Student Association. In 1993, Mr. Sungkar became the manager of TAG’s new stand-alone Portfolio Accounting Department.
